1 policeman sows fear

My 7-year-old daughter looked at the wedding picture of Dawn Rae Nelson and asked why the policeman killed her.

When I explained to Pattie there was really no excuse or reason, Pattie told me she would never trust a policeman again; even if she is lost, she'll never talk to one because she is frightened of them.
